emo A little help from everyone required

20 Jul 2010 21:33 #4717

Hi everyone!

Looking at the stats for the domain name most people access here using Microsoft's Internet Explorer. However I use Firefox at home and so do a few other people as well as safari and opera.

My problem is each browsers displays things differently and it's hard to get them all right. I thought everything was fine as it was until I started logging on here at work using IE7 and a few things were out of line like the featured car and photos.

So I corrected it and now it doesn't display correctly in firefox. So I was just wondering whether everything was working right for you guys!

I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out. I just want to know whether everything appears to be lining up correctly in your opinion or whether things look out of place or off centre. If everything looks fine please vote accordingly, if ANYTHING does not look right please vote accordingly and let me know.

I often don't know these things are wrong unless I am told, so I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out.

Many thanks in advance everyone...
Em

Now you mention it the featured photos are out of line aren't they.

I use Firefox, IE8 and Safari and hadn't noticed any problems.  I will now you've pointed them out though!

Just tried IE8 and it looks the same as Firefox - slightly out of line.

Firefox and the site seems fine to me.
There was an issue a while back with text occasionally displaying slightly outside of the reply box, but that was only now and again.

For those saying it displays correctly if you look at the featured photos section on the left do the pictures line up inside the background outlines correctly then? They certainly don't here.

Have to admit now you have pointed it out I had not even noticed the boxes behind the photo's, they are out on IE8
