For Sale - 2000 Daihatsu Mira Gino S 3 door
Due to owning too many cars and having yet another one on the way i'm listing my mira gino for sale.
It's a very very rare Mira Gino S 3door with 115 000km on the clock (~71 000miles), most probably the only 3 door in the UK due to the rarity even in Japan (only made between 2000-2001 in limited numbers)
It was imported in February 2017 by myself, so only been in the UK for just over 3 years with 1 owner.
Engine wise it has the Turbo EF-DET engine, i've had it on the dyno for health check 2 years ago and gave 64HP out of the 65 advertised (see: www.facebook.com/Dynodaze/videos/1790893094262342/ ).
It has a 4 speed auto box as i could not find any manual box available due to the rarity.
Option wise, been a Gino S it is fully loaded: AC, power steering, power windows, power mirrors with folding, remote central locking & Minilite alloys from factory.
Originally the central locking remote was of old fashion infrared type, I've swaped the module for one of a daihatsu sirion so it's a modern RF remote now.
The car has been fully rust proofed when imported and shows no signs of rust. However been a city car it has a few booboo here and there, mainly on the driver side. there is a dent on the front wing and scratches on the driver's door (see photos). Also in typical single stage red paint, it is fading over time and need a buff at least once a year to look decent. It hasn't had one in a while on these photos.
I've just had it passed the MOT this week so 12months MOT and the timing belt was replaced in 2018.
The car drives faultlessly and can be driven any distance, every buttons/dials does what it should, AC works great.
Asking price: £3500 - small price to pay for such rare and unique ride...

The Alto next to it won't be for sale anytime soon i'm afraid as it's my daily. It's a 95 RS-Z manual in case you're curious.
that been said, i actually have another black/silver 95 alto turbo ie manual (well an auto converted to manual) that i will be selling once i'm finish putting it back together. I'm waiting for some parts from Japan atm. you can't see it in the photo but it's parked to the left of the Golf
