But... My M-Sport front bumper didn't survive that day...

So, it was back to the standard one until I decide to get a replacement.

More stickers... I love UKDM Hates You ;)

Decided to finally rip out the rear interior, since it was a bit pointless having it there with no back seats...

Cheeky alignment (Thanks Joe!) ;)

That's about it for now. Focussing on the back end of the car now. Got a full set of Powerflex polybushes for the entire back end, as well as some reinforcement braces for the rear arms which will be added before painting. Considering an E32 7 series rear brake upgrade for the back as well. But for now, this is how she sits.

Also rented a Rug Doctor and thoroughly went over the interior, since there were some pretty tough stains (Also got a Zillalife gear knob and Driftworks steering wheel):

Made a huge difference! Looks brand new now!

That's everything to date! More to follow as it happens, of course. B)

Also found this video from February's Drift Elite event, at Throckmorton Airfield. Not entirely sure where all of the cones that lined the track had gone by that point, but I think this was right at the end of the day.

Forgot to also add that the car now has a front strut brace that was kindly donated by a friend, as well as some 4mm steering rack spacers for a bit more lock, and adjustable camber top plates for the coilovers. Also a new MAF sensor and crank sensor which solved the occasional drop in power when the engine became warm.

Thanks! Yeah, the front of the E46 Compact doesn't look like a BMW to me. Shame though, since I quite like the rear end!

Decided to give the car a new clutch since the old one began to feel a bit slippy.

Really easy to do on an E36. Propshaft disconnected and gearbox off:

Old clutch, this one from Sachs:

And the new one from LUK:

Cleaned up the flywheel:

Converted the rear brakes from drums to discs:

Wasn't too difficult to do. Just a question of swapping over the arms and plumbing in the new brakes. Left out the handbrake since E36 handbrakes are generally terrible. Plus, this hydraulic one was installed instead!

Went to Autumn Drift Matsuri at Anglesey circuit, and saw plenty of cool stuff!

Had a great time! However my eBay special (TA Technix) suspension was starting to become an issue, making the car unbelievably snappy on transitions.

I might've spun off and ended up ripping up some grass, which they weren't too happy about...
