So I made some spacers up and fitted some new fli speakers and then reassembled the door cards.

Here's a pic of the interior how it is now

For now that's as far as I've got apart from trying to clean up a few lil bits here n there.

Since freeing up the power and fitting a stereo I have fallen in love with the car, it's such a lovely car to cruise about in yet at the same time if you want to have a bit of tail happy fun it's just as comfortable doing so :)

I must say though my favourite feature on the car has to be the fact that there's no centre pillar...it is in my words..."pimping" lol :P

The underneath is solid but the arches are rusted through, so once the Stagea is sold the laurel will be going into a Bodyshop to get the rusty arches cut out and refabricated and then get it fully resprayed.

I also have a few plans engine wise but I'm not saying anything untill I'm 100% settled on what way I'm going.

Right I've cut out and treated all the rust on the car which didn't leave much of my rear arches left in places.

But I have now made up and shaped new solid sections in the arches and have repainted the car so it looks fresh without stone chips, scratches, rust spots, and different shades where it's faded over time.

It has come out pretty well and I'm happy with it considering I only used rattle cans as I'm on a rather small budget due to catching the drifting big again lol.

Will post some pics up this week once I've cleaned and waxed the car, and also changed the tyres.

It's all been a bit rushed to get it ready for this weekend, so peeps who are going to KKITP meet and/or JAE this weekend will get to see it in the metal (^_^)

Cheers dude :)

Why don't you get yourself one then dude, seems retro j-Tin is becoming more popular over here and there's actually a fair few different retro jap motors for sale atm.

It's having some were to keep it and wouldn't feel to safe with the kids in it, like knowing they are surrounded by airbags and still got the Copen and the supercharged type r at the mo as toys
