every thing is do able mate, you would havet o run low boost tho inless you double up the HG's, the worst bit would be fitting the oil fed and return, but the rest is fairly easy if your handy with a welder, fabricat up a manifold and down pipe uo to match the turbo, a fmic, bigger fuel pump and rising rate fuel reg to sort the fueling out. its will be a lot of trial and error but deff worth it if you get it sorted. post some pics up of your car mate, sounds intresting

Ye it all sounds simple enough, then again so does everything in theory lol. Its just the fueling and ecu tuning that concerns me. Would the vvt-i become a problem?

how do i upload pictures? Not sure wether its because im using my phone or if its just me being a spanner.

thanks for the reply

Also Ecu wise a standalone would be the best option as everything is wired from scratch and would all be fully programable.

Looks propa smart dude, loving the borbets (^_^)

Tis nice to see another newer shaped charade modified :)

Unfortunately mine got written of by an idiot in a Volvo last year :(

Tuning wise I never really looked into performance tuning as the idea was to keep it economical, however I have kept it so I will compare the subframe to my Zato one when it stops raining to give you an idea if the actual engine swap(not wiring) would be do-able.

Ye iv gotta say im loveing the fuel consumption compared to the yrv turbo i had previously, then there's the 15quid road tax
its a torquey little bast tho, couldn't stop the tiny little standard wheels from spinning up.
have you got any pics of yours ??

My pics for that car are here.
kkitp.com/3/index.php/forum3?view=topic&catid=38&id=17721

Unfortunately I never got round to totally finishing it but was pretty happy with how it looked.

I never really drove it at standard, like most my cars when I buy them they spend the 1st week being modified so they look good enough to drive lol

But with the wheels and new tyres it was a fun cheap lil car to drive.

What did you do suspension wise to lower yours?
