If it is the pipe to the turbo, mine rusted through and I managed to get a 2nd hand Copen one on eBay which fitted.

I have one of those arc top mounts and i still haven't got around to fitting it. It is a quite a bit bigger that the standard glanza ic. The outtake is like 71mm so that's quite a reduction to the 38mm throttle body.
Dazran, where did you get the aluminum reducers?

Update....

Fuel Lines replaced.. Turbo Coolant feed repaired. Gloucester Road Gearboxes said they are familiar with these Daihatsu Gearboxes and quoted me about £300 for the bearing refurb if anything more serious then a Gearbox/Diff Recon will be about £600..

Waiting for a phone call from them for a full diagnosis. Fingers Crossed!!

Just spoke to the Gearbox place and they said they can do the work but if there is anything wrong besides the bearings then Daihatsu said they cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts..

Anyone got any leads on sourcing replacement parts for the diff/gearbox just incase they cannot get them??

Any help greatly appreciated as always....

If you need any bits from a gearbox/diff, i have a box in my shed left from where my old box was taken apart if that would be any help for them/you. Obviously my diff went so some of the parts are damaged but some of them may be fine if you've got damage in different areas etc.
