emo If you're planning to make a weekend of it

If you're planning on arriving on the Saturday and staying locally (see accommodation ) then you may fancy a trip to Drayton Manor Park.

www.draytonmanorlive.co.uk (website seems to be down at the moment, but that should be the right link)

It's a theme park, smaller scale than Alton Towers, but still has some good rides, especially for the little ones. They're just opened a brand new section called Thomas land, and Jamie's little nephew assures us it's the bestest thomas the tank place ever!

So if you're bringing any little ones with you, I recommend Drayton Manor, there's also a Zoo there which is included in the entry price (least it was when I last went).

I do believe there is also a camping site there.

There's another site which I think is independent, which has lots more information on it if the official site is still not working:

We took Matthew to Drayton Manor for his 5th Birthday last September and he loved it!  We only went in Thomas Land and to the Zoo and we were there all day.  If anybody is planning on going book you entry tickets online.  They are far cheaper and you get in far quicker!
