Well its been a while since Ive posted, and with the Alto nearing its next MOT (which Im not hopeful for) Ive decided to get a replacement.. Ive gone and brought a 1993 Nissan Micra 1.0L!

Picked it up today with the help of a friend. Just needs a bit of cosmetic work, and some new tyres and its sorted! Will post a pic or two at the weekend!

Love these little Micra's. My Grandad gave me his with 182,000 on the clock and I ran it for another 2 years. It never missed a beat. Headlights were really good too, unlike modern cars where they're designed for looks rather than function!

I was surprised that they were glass headlights! Might give them a yellow wrap at some point... something else on the list of things to do!

Getting an exhaust fitted next week, one less job to do, the to do list is getting shorter!
