And you managed to colour match all the leads and tubes.

Many thanks. I've been looking for a second set of wheels for some time as it's a bit of a chore swapping summer/winter tyres twice a year, but the options are some what limited as you know.

Have you maybe considered trying to find a set of UK Spec Cuore L501 alloy wheels to run in the winter or something? Should be more common than Avanzato wheels at least, and still come in the 4x110 PCD fitment.

Thanks a lot. I've been out of the country/out of action since mid-winter and just got it back on the road, still with the winter tyres on though. So I'll look out for some.

It's a shame they're hidden by the cover!

Just a little update since I haven't posted anything for a while.

The car is currently off the road (partly because it no longer has an MOT, but also because I'm reluctant to drive it in the winter because of the salt on the roads).

Going to be looking into an issue with the brakes where they feel kind of wooden and without any bite. They've always been like this since I've owned the car, even after a pad/rear shoe change, new discs and a full re-bleed. So there's something else going on there. One of my calipers is also binding, so I'm looking into getting a replacement. Hopefully I can source a pair of new or reconditioned items from Japan.

Suspension is another issue that is still lingering. Whilst the current set up is "okay" it's far from ideal. Everything is very bouncy, due to the age of the components on the car. So hopefully, at some point next year, I'll be looking into getting a set of brand new KYB New SR shock absorbers and some GReddy lowering springs from Japan.

The turbo coolant return line has also began leaking. Only ever so slightly, and nothing that has shown as a reduction in coolant levels in the car. But again, it's another issue that I'll be looking to address. Not sure whether I can get some braided lines made up as coolant and oil return/feed lines to the turbo, or if it's even worth it. Ultimately a new (well, reconditioned) turbo could be purchased from Japan as a replacement.

Other things I'm hoping to tackle next year are the rear arches, since they've started to bubble, as well as getting my front bumper resprayed. This has always been very dull in comparison to the paint on the rest of the car, so a freshen up would be good. Have also toyed with the idea of going for a new paint job entirely, but it's a lot of effort.
