no body kits or over fenders this time as can get wheels in correct pcd and offset, very spoilt for choice in fact, if he takes it on sunday he coming from devon way but will give him your contact details as he will just get it posted

got my sard bov fitted this eve, took about 1min as was mega easy

still makes smiles even tho had turbo cars for years, sounds a bit out of place on a copen tho, was getting very strange looks as pimping it around with the roof down

been a busy bee with the copen, apart from driving it ever day enjoying topping up my tan in rush hour traffic ive ordered a beast of rear spoiler, front and rear bumper spats and side skirt spats which should be here by the end of the week.

have also fitted a induction kit to help her breath a better and fitted my blitz boost controller and to my surprise she runs at 0.9bar standard

i am also trying to get some wheels that i like, they are going to poke out a nice bit but will stretch the tires so don't need arches which will be a nice change.

going to be seeing what mira parts ( suspension ) sit the copen as the suspension set up looks identical so with any luck will be able to get some springs to drop her a good 20-40mm

have just recived a full daihatsu lip kit delivered today (need spraying tho) and waiting for aftermarket rear spoiler to arrive on friday

brought some new wheels today aswell, they are 15" 6.5j with a 35 offset, so going to have get some serious stretch on the tires to keep them with in the arches

think they are, they were a bargain and will be painted, just not to sure what color, as if a color they wil have to be red due to the red interior
but thinking red lip with ether black or gun metal grey spokes

Snap, when i bought Traceys i couldnt beleive how cheap i managed to get them lol (>_<)

I think black with red lip would look smart on the copen

so i swapped a tire over and test fitted the wheels, as to be expected they stuck out a 1" past the arches being a 6.5j wide and 38 offset but stretched the standard tire on the wheel and the tread is well with in the arch so they are ok for road use:) not to every1s taste but i love my stretched tires

they are going of to be powder coatded in the next week and can they go back on the car with the tires

im going to try and fit a number of sets of lowering springs from different daihatsu miras and cuores to see if any give a good 3/4cm drop in height

have also just picked up the copen after having a s/s exhaust made, its 2" from the down pipe back with 1 silencer and no back boxs or tips yet, just 2 shotgun pipes poking out the bumper, its not very loud at all but has really helped the car breath better past 5/6k and carrys on pulling till redline now with no noticeable drop in power
