emo The story of our Carol a.k.a. 'spud'

03 Oct 2012 21:42 #16097

Thanks to GRUSS' information and pictures I was able to find this:
http://www.intermotor.co.uk/index.html?p=156&partid=46938

Which says the distributor is fitted to the 1.0 Suzuki Swift!

So I've just ordered these off the 'bay:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110742996836
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/170708264258

Lets see if they fit hey?

D'oh! We just ordered and paid for the ones on the 'bay!

How much do you want for those? Might be an idea to have a spare!

Mike and Emily

The cap mike has is different, I checked on your carol when I borrowed the parts book. It's clipped onto the dizzy body.  >:(
I can't remember about the arm but I think it's slightly different...

The cap you've ordered off eBay is right though Em!

Perhaps you have a DOHC dizzy then Mike like Don is suggesting. Maybe you can sell it to a cappo owner?

 it gets worse - the cappo one is different again. The leads come out of the top rather than the end to clear the front bulkhead.
