I spoke to mini-truck in the US and they have the rebuild kits for $645

Someone was looking at these on ClubCappo a while back, and they look pretty comprehensive - totally unsuitable for a cappo but should be perfect for your engine :)

Actually Don they are totally suitable for our engines except for a couple of gaskets, timing belt etc ;)

The F6A Carrys had a variety of engine bits fitted including 3 different valve sizes with 1 being the same as the Cappos

Got and email back from Todd at Minitrucks in USA

"If you go with our pistons and the engine rebuild kit then we do not need your piston ring thickness.
The turbo engine is really no different than the regular F6A in terms of the settings and specs in the service manual.
The Turbo engine uses thicker bearings on the crank shaft. We have those in stock.
You can fill in the notes at the bottom of the page if you are buying on-line Just fill in that you want the rebuild kit for a turbo engine. You should pick express mail as the regular could take two months by ocean freight.
thank you
Todd"

Sounds good to me

I think I have what you need, can you PM me your e-mail address and I will get it sent over. It has all the torque figures in as well as explaining how it all works. I've only had a quick look but it is suppose to be for the F6A SOHC engines... like our Carol.

Reviving an old thread.. but do you still have this manual on your computer?
