Lots of details can be found here:
Please let me know if you can't see that page.
I've disable the event registration on that page because I don't want people to get confused with thinking that is how to purchase a ticket.
Ticket prices haven't been released yet but if I remember rightly it was £15 a ticket last year so should be about the same price.
Now I need to know how many people want to go and how many want to go on track? I've seen quite a few of the larger clubs already have their numbers and are ready to go so the sooner we get in there the better chance we get of getting a good space and track time.
Therefore I need to know who wants what by the 19th of January.
Emily Bell 2x Admission tickets 0x Track time 2x Stand passes PAID
Fxdlidon 2x Admission tickets 0x Track time 2x Stand passes PAID
Dazran 2x Admission tickets 0x Track time 1x Stand pass PAID
superspat 1x Admission tickets 0x Track time 1x Stand pass PAID
I need to book the tickets ASAP if we're to get a good spot and track time if people want to go, that's the only problem. I was planning on sending the form off as soon as possible after the 19th of Jan.
I've a couple of things to say about this:
1) I'm fairly local (25ish miles) so if anyone wants somewhere to stay the night before pm me.
2) I need a driver for my Beat - I haven't asked any friends yet, I thought I'd post it here first. It's the only one of our shows my Beat gets to go to and it's getting a bit of TLC right now pm me if you can help.
Right, in what appears to be an attempt to control the number of cars coming on site (seems a bit odd to me for a car show, but then again it was over capacity last year) they are charging by the car this year!
"To enter Japfest and to display your car will need to purchase a vehicle pass. This
includes entry to the show and costs £20 per car. Each vehicle booked is allowed to
bring passengers at no extra cost, up to a maximum of 4 people per vehicle."
So I will upload the details to the KKITP shop and we can get our form in nice and early.
OK tickets are now available for purchase in the KKITP shop.
I can't make this one, I'm afraid, but it's probably just as well really - I took the Yellow Peril to a track day recently and embarrassed myself with how bad I was I ended up being a passenger for my son...!
Hope it goes really well for those attending, though!
We don't stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing...
OK as the site was offline for 2 days I'm extending the deadline for payment to 6pm 21st of January.
Please please PLEASE can those interested in going please purchase their tickets through the InfoHub. If you are unable to purchase your tickets through the IH for whatever reason please let me know so I can arrange an alternative for you.
If we don't get this booked soon we will not be able to go.
